These terms apply when you use solluxlabs.com and the games, apps and source code published by Sollux Labs, a brand operated by MaiCherry Studio (Representative: Bui Cong Nguyen, Business Registration No. 696-30-02067) (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Using our games and software

• Our free games and apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment unless a project says otherwise.
• Do not try to break, overload, hack or disrupt our website, games or services.
• Do not copy, resell or republish our games, art, music or branding as your own.

2. Source code

When we publish source code on GitHub, each repository comes with its own license (for example, MIT). That license decides how you may use, change and share that code. Where a repository has no license file, all rights are reserved.

3. Our content

The Sollux Labs name, logo, website design, game art, music and other content belong to MaiCherry Studio (Sollux Labs) or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.

4. Paid products

If we offer paid products or subscriptions in the future, the price, payment and refund terms will be shown before you buy, and any additional terms will be added to this page.

5. No warranty

Our games, apps and code are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we do not promise they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. Saved game progress stored in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sollux Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our website, games, apps or code. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Korea, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Links to other sites

Our website may link to other sites (such as GitHub). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your own country.
